Geraldine DeLoge

Geraldine C. DeLoge, 92, a resident of Pinecrest Manor and formerly of 132 Random Rd., Chapel Village, St. Marys, died early Thursday morning, Sept. 12, 2013 at the Pinecrest Manor after a lengthy illness.
She was born Nov. 30, 1920, in Detroit, Mich., daughter of the late Albert and Mae LaFeve Zielan. On March 23, 1940, in St. Barbara's Church in Dearborn, Mich., she married Archie A. DeLoge who preceded her in death on Sept. 21, 1990.
She was a graduate of the Henry Ford High School in Dearborn, Mich., and had resided in St. Marys, since 1963. She worked as the personnel director for the former Grant's store in St. Marys, was active and held many positions at the St. Marys Senior Center and was extremely active in the business world. She was a member of the Queen of the World Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Charlotte M. DeLoge of St. Marys; two granddaughters, Lori Anne Villa of Greencastle, Carrie Andrews of Baltimore, Md.; and two great-granddaughters, Linzi of Baltimore, Md., and Juliana of Laramie, Wyo.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brothers and sisters. She was the last member of her immediate family.
A memorial service for Geraldine C. DeLoge will be held at a later date.
There will be no visitation.
