Gloria M. Gigliotti

Gloria M. Gigliotti, 82, of 6524 Ridgway-Johnsonburg Rd., Johnsonburg, died Monday afternoon, Jan. 30, 2012, at her residence following a brief illness.
She was born Aug. 11, 1929 in Johnsonburg, daughter of Lewis Olmstead and Leona Norlin Olmstead McMahon. On Feb. 10, 1951, she married Frank J. "Spider" Gigliotti in Ridgway; he preceded her in death April 26, 1999.
She resided in Johnsonburg all her life and attended Johnsonburg High School. She was a member of the Johnsonburg Women's Club for 35 years and the Johnsonburg Senior Center where she was a volunteer and helped deliver meals on wheels. She had been employed at Stackpole Carbon Co. of Johnsonburg for 10 years, GTE Sylvania of St. Marys for 20 years and the Glor-B Shop in Johnsonburg for several years. She was a loyal wife, wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and a great friend. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by one daughter, Rona, Mrs. Geno Ferrari of Kersey; three grandchildren, Dina, Mrs. Tom Fullem of Ridgway, Krista, Mrs. Lee Weber of Clarion, and Maria, Mrs. Jeff Aiello of Clarion; nine great-grandchildren, Abby, Emily, Christina, Julia and Sophia Fullem, Adrian, Frankie and Hayden Weber, and Leo Aiello; one sister, Betty Calla of Johnsonburg; three brothers, Maurice Olmstead and his wife Millie of Johnsonburg, John "Fuzzy" McMahon of Johnsonburg, and Richard McMahon and his wife Dee of Cheyenne, Wyo.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; husband; three brothers, Walter Olmstead in early childhood, and Robert and Ronald Olmstead.
A Funeral Service for Gloria M. Gigliotti will be conducted at the Anthony F. Ferragine Funeral Home, 401 Chestnut St., Johnsonburg, on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012 at 11 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Paul McCurdy, Senior Elder of the Abundant Life Christian Fellowship. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday evening, Feb. 3, 2012 from 5-8 p.m.
