Grace M. "Grayce" Uher

Grace M. "Grayce" Uher, 90, of Dunbar died on Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 at Highlands Hospital in Connellsville.
She was born on March 14, 1922 in Connellsville, daughter of the late John and Anna Goulosh Kendrish.
She was a member of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church and the Altar and Rosary societies. She retired from Pechins Foods (produce and meat departments).
Grayce was an avid cook and baker. A favorite pastime of hers was collecting angels.
She is survived by two daughters, Judi Smitley and her husband Don Dunbar, and Colleen Brienza and her husband Armand of Connellsville; a granddaughter, Jennifer Gelsick and her husband Mikey of St. Marys; a sister, Helen Langgle of Turlock, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Edward Uher; two brothers, John and Stephen; and three sisters, Julia, Elizabeth and Irene.
A Mass for Grace M. "Grayce" Uher will be held at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church on Friday at 10:30 a.m., with Msgr. Edward McCullough as celebrant.
Friends will be received at Burhans Crouse Funeral Home at 28 Connellsville St. in Dunbar on Thursday from 1-9 p.m. There will be morning prayers at the funeral home on Friday at 10 a.m. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday at the funeral home at 4 p.m.
Internment will be in the Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
