Grace Marie Braun

Grace Marie Braun, 82, of San Bernardino, Calif., died Feb. 16, 2011 due to heart failure.
She was born in St. Marys and resided in San Bernardino for 42 years.
She graduated from San Bernardino Community College in 1982. She was the choir director for Our Lady of the Rosary Cathedral for 15 years and was the choir director for St. Anthony's Catholic Church for over 10 years. She sang with the Canto Bello Chorale for 10 years. She was a teacher's assistant for 15 years in the Rialto School District.
She is survived by one daughter, Donna Horowitz and her husband, Michael; one son, Bill Braun; three brothers, Joseph, Richard and Eugene Kronenwetter; six grandchildren, Jared Olmstead, Aharon, Jesse, Raquel, Mariah Horowitz and Tanya Hall; and two great-grandchildren, Micah Horowitz and Raylin Hall.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ambrose Braun; and by two brothers, Norm and Howard Kronenwetter.
A rosary service for Grace Marie Braun will be held Monday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Rosary Cathedral, with a funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place at Mt. View Cemetery.
