Greentree Landfill offers tour

The landfill has a total of about 340 acres available for cell development. About 155 acres of the available space are currently closed and capped leaving a little under 200 acres of future cell development for Greentree. Photo by Katherine Porter

Members of the Elk County Solid Waste Authority were given a tour of the Greentree Landfill Tuesday, led by Don Henrichs of Veolia Environmental Services and area manager of the landfill.
