Highland Twp. to challenge 'injection well' permit

JAMES CITY – The Highland Township Board of Supervisors agreed Wednesday to challenge the issuance of a federal permit for a wastewater disposal well near James City.
The federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) two weeks ago approved a 10-year permit for the controversial underground "injection well" along Lamont Road near Route 66.
