Historic marker unveiled

Joe Scarnati (R-Brockway), the State Senate President Pro Tempore, unveils the new historic marker for the Kinzua Viaduct at the Kinzua Bridge State Park. Looking on at the unveiling Thursday are Richard Allan (left), the secretary of the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR); and, at right: Jason Heasley, park ranger; and Mary Ann Burggraf, executive director of the Kinzua Bridge Foundation. The foundation will hold its annual Fall Festival at the park Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free.
