BRADFORD – Police on Thursday arrested a McKean County man who they say used his computer to look up and download child pornography.
Christopher Williams Abrams, 28, of 20 Burnside Ave. in Bradford was charged after police conducting undercover surveillance on a "peer to peer file sharing program," reportedly traced pornographic images of sex acts involving boys and girls, some as young as three years-of-age, back to his computer.
