James F. Hanes

James F. Hanes, 68, of 334 Walnut St., St. Marys, died Saturday, Oct. 22, 2010, at the Elk Regional Health Center after a lengthy illness.
He was born Aug. 12, 1942, in St. Marys, son of the late Ernest and Loretta Haberberger Hanes. He was a graduate of St. Marys High School and had lived in Indiana, Pa. and Pittsburgh for several years.
He is survived by two daughters, Michelle Gilmore and her husband Kevin, of Kane, and Vicki Hanes of Johnsonburg; four grandchildren, Alisha Bedford, Kyle Gilmore, Dylan Gilmore and Tiffany Valdez; a sister, Shirley Hanes of St. Marys; a niece, Linda Carpin; a nephew, James Carpin; and by several great-nieces and nephews.
Mr. Hanes was a member of the Army Reserves.
Funeral and committal services for the late James F. Hanes will be held at the convenience of the family.
There will be no visitation.
The Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
