James L. Urbancic

James L. Urbancic, 75, of 202 Badeau Rd., Kersey, died Friday, May 16, 2014 at the UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh after a brief illness.
He was born May 8, 1939 in Johnsonburg, son of the late Albert L. and Margaret E. Allinger Urbancic. On June 16, 1966 in Kersey, he married Mary Jane Johnson, who preceded him in death on May 24, 2011.
Mr. Urbancic was a graduate of St. Marys High School and attended Penn State University. He was a retired employee of Metaldyne. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by a daughter, Casey Urbancic of Bloomington, Ind.; a son, Britt A. Urbancic and his wife Heidi of Elizabethtown, Ind.; two grandchildren, twins Greta and Sebastian Urbancic; and a sister, Jeanne Cavalline and her husband Richard of St. Marys.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for James Urbancic and his wife Mary Jane, who preceded him in death, on Friday, May 23 at 11 a.m. in the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home, with the Rev. Eric Vogt, OSB, officiating. Full military rites for Mr. Urbancic will be accorded by the Fox Township Servicemen's Burial Detail.
There will be no visitation.
