Janice M. Molella

Janice M. Molella, 80, of Cushing Avenue, Johnsonburg, died late Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013 at UPMC Hamot of Erie after a short illness.
She was born April 15, 1933 in Ridgway, daughter of the late Herman and Helen (Koppitch) Grabofski.
A graduate of Johnsonburg Area High School, Class of 1951, she had been employed as an LPN at the hospital in St. Marys for 40 years.
She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and lived all her life in Johnsonburg.
She was the loving mother of a son, David (Gloria) Molella of Johnsonburg, and the loving grandmother of her grandson, Keith Molella. In addition, she is survived by two brothers, William (Lucille) Grabofski of Erie, and Calvin (Carol) Grabofski of Ocala, Fla.; three sister-in-laws, Marcia Grabofski of Buffalo, N.Y., Barbara Grabofski of Pittsburgh, and Linda Grabofski of Coal Town; and numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers, Norman, Donald and Samuel Grabofski.
Funeral services for Janice M. Molella will be held Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the St. John Lutheran Church, Johnsonburg, with Pastor Stephen Fair presiding. Interment will be in Wardvale Lutheran Cemetery, Johnsonburg.
There will be no public visitation.
The family will be receiving friends from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013 at the St. John Lutheran Church, Johnsonburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the St. John Lutheran Church.
