Jerry Feldbauer

Jerry Feldbauer, 83, of Levittown, died on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Lower Bucks Hospital.
He was born in St. Marys, the son of the late Herman and Ann (Jesberger) Feldbauer.
In 1949 in the Sacred Heart Church in St. Marys, he married Eleanor Krieg, who survives.
Mr. Feldbauer served with the Merchant Marines and later the 11th Airborne Division in Japan.
He was employed with Purex Corp. in Bristol for many years and also owned Hawk Motors until retiring in 1993. He was also a member of the American Legion Post #960.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by five children, James and Beth Feldbauer of Collingswood, N.J., David and Sandi Feldbauer of Langhorne, Ronald and Joanne Feldbauer of Phoenixville, Sandy and Pat Sippos of Fairless Hills, and Judy and John Hose of Fairless Hills; 10 grandchildren, Brian, Katherine, Allison, Tracey and David Feldbauer, Michael, Kevin and Steven Rushton, and John and James Hose; and two great-grandchildren, Brayden and Cole.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Herman Jr., of California.
A Funeral Mass for Jerry Feldbauer will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Queen of the Universe Church. Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
Family and friends are invited to call on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown.
