John J. Stubber Jr.

John J. Stubber Jr., 56, of Hopewell Township, died suddenly on Saturday, May 25, 2013 in his Aliquippa home.
He was born and raised in St. Marys, son of the late John and Mary Stubber.
He retired from the Air Force, where he served for six years in active duty and 20 years with the reserves.
He was currently employed at the 911 Tactical Airlift Wing in Coraopolis. He was an avid sports fan, and loved watching hockey, football, and golf. He was a family man and enjoyed the love and companionship of his family, and his most special pet, his dog Chloe.
He is survived by his friend and spouse, Jill; his loving son Josh (Karissa Parsons); two sisters, Victoria Whitmore of Carlisle and Constance Senkowski of Orange Park, Fla.; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for John J. Stubber Jr. will be held on Monday, June 3, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. in the Darroch Memorial Chapel, 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa, PA 15001, www.darrochfuneralhome.com.
Interment will follow in  the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
