'Known associate' of Francis Milliard charged with drug offenses

JOHNSONBURG - Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) and members of the Pennsylvania State Police executed a federal search warrant on Wednesday at the 112 East Ave., Johnsonburg, home of David A. Blashaw, 55, in a joint operation that was the result of leads arrived at through ongoing investigations into the activities of Milliard, 54, of Ridgway. Blashaw was charged before District Judge George A. "Tony" King with possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use, and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors of the first degree.
