The execution of Hubert L. Michael, pictured, was scheduled to take place at Rockview State Prison in Bellefonte at 7 p.m. Thursday before a US Court of Appeals granted a last minute reprieve.
A Pennsylvania death row inmate sentenced to death by lethal injection for the 1993 kidnapping and murder of a teenage girl was granted a last-minute stay of execution Thursday.
