Leaning Pines Public Golf Course is officially open, and the course is playable and continues to improve despite the late start to maintaining it this season. Formerly known as the St. Marys Country Club and then St. Marys Golf Club, the course’s new moniker was derived from some of the trees that line its fairways, according to Jeff Struble, a member of the operating team of Leaning Pines Public Golf Course.
