April 8, 2014

Fox Township will continue with litigation as it relates to the Hogback Road paving project. This case has been in litigation since 2008 with the township incurring significant costs in fighting the case.
On March 25, the supervisors held an executive session with the township solicitor.
Supervisor Mike Keller said it is in the township's best interest to continue fighting the case.
Keller said township officials believe they can win the case.
During their meeting the group reviewed the present status of the case and have discovered options on how to proceed.
