Lucy Ann Salvatore Wood

Lucy Ann Salvatore Wood, 73, of Erie, died Monday, June 11, 2012.
She was born in St. Marys on March 14, 1939, daughter of the late Lawrence and Elizabeth Meyer Salvatore.
Lucy was a graduate of St. Marys High School, Class of 1957. She was a longtime employee of Mellon Bank, having been a teller and in customer service. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, was the former treasurer of the Tri State Country Music Association, the Moose Club, and the Girard American Legion Post 494.
She is survived by her four children, Janet Koch and her husband Troy of Houston, Texas, Stephen Wood and his wife Melanie Chester Wood, and Christine Wagner and her husband, Kip, all of Erie, and Duane Wood and his wife Deirdre of Houston, Texas; two sisters, Donna Rettger of St. Marys and Lorraine Pumphrey and her husband James of St. Marys; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford L. Wood, in 1993.
Services for Lucy Ann Salvatore Wood took place on June 14. Burial was in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
