ST. MARYS – On Sunday, family and friends gathered at the St. Marys home of seven-year-old Matthew Sharrow, as he and his siblings took to the water in their new above ground swimming pool. Matthew was born with Spina Bifida, a birth abnormality in which the spinal cord is malformed and lacks its usual protective skeletal and soft tissue coverings.
