Mary A. Foley

Mary A. Foley, 92, of Montmorenci Road, Ridgway, died Wednesday morning on April 25, 2012. Mary was born in Philadelphia on March 26, 1920, daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Loughery. On April 15, 1942 she married Vincent Foley, who preceded her in death on Jan. 3, 2005.
She was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church and had worked for North Central Regional Planning and Development Commission for over 30 years.
She is survived by the following children: Robert V. Foley and his wife Carolyn, Maureen A. Donachy and her husband Edgar, and Constance F. Cook and her husband Thomas; five grandchildren, Eric Foley and his wife Lauren, Kathleen Foley and her fiance Sam Watson, Megan Foley Penrod and her husband Jason, Brandon Cook, and Keeley Cook; and one great-grandson, Patrick Foley.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Mary A. Foley will be celebrated at St. Leo Catholic Church on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at noon. Officiating will be Fr. Brian E. Vossler, pastor of St. Leo Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Leo Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Leo Catholic Church at 111 Depot St., Ridgway, PA 15853; or to the Ridgway Public Library at 329 Center St., Ridgway, PA 15853. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Thompson Funeral Home.
