Mary Lou Burgeson

Mary Lou Burgeson, 77, of 574 Maurus St., St. Marys, died Wednesday evening, Nov. 3, 2010, at the Lutheran Home at Kane after a lengthy illness.
She was born Oct. 3, 1933 in St. Marys, daughter of the late Ignatius and Gertrude Fritz Feldbauer. She was a lifelong resident of the area and attended St. Marys schools. She was a former employee of Central Drug and Widmann and Teah Drug Store.
On March 2, 1957, in the Sacred Heart Church, she married Frederick A. Burgeson, who survives.
In addition to her husband, she is also survived by two sons, Keith Burgeson and his wife, Virginia, of Kingman, Ariz., and Kelly Burgeson and his wife, Stacy, of Murrells Inlet, S.C.; two grandchildren, Cassidy Burgeson and Derek Burgeson; and three sisters.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kirk Burgeson, who died on May 19, 2009; and four brothers.
She was a member of the Sacred Hearth Church, a Penn State sports fan, and enjoyed cooking and going on hikes.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial for the late Mary Lou Burgeson, which will be celebrated at the Sacred Heart Church on Saturday, Nov. 6 at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Eric Vogt, OSB, pastor, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oakmont Cemetery in Ridgway.
There will be no visitation.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Lutheran Home at Kane, 100 Highpoint Dr., Kane, PA 16735.
The Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
