KERSEY – Many area residents know Richard Masson as the President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of the 59th Judicial District of Pennsylvania, a post he has held for a number of years, and in which capacity he had interacted with individuals from throughout the county. On Saturday evening though, Masson addressed attendees at the Relay for Life of Elk County, held at the Fox Township Community Park, in a much different context. Masson was the guest speaker at this year's event as a 10-year throat cancer survivor.
