Milton J. Chase Jr., 78, of Mequon, Wis., died on Sunday, March 2, 2014.
He was the beloved husband of Patricia A. (nee Herkert) Chase and the late Judith (nee Kerner) Chase; loving father of Lawrence (Eva) and Laura (Dean Abler) Chase; dear son of Evelyn and the late Milton J. Chase Sr.; and brother of Charles (Audrey) Chase, Stephen (Adell) Chase and Mary Bowser.
He was further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Milton J. Chase Jr. will be held Thursday, March 6 at 11 a.m. at Lumen Christi Catholic Church 2700 West Mequon Rd., corner North Range Line Road in Mequon, Wis.
Visitation at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home, 10280 North Port Washington Rd., Mequon, Wis. 53092 on Wednesday, March 5 from 4 p.m. to the time of Prayer Services at 7 p.m. Additional visitation will be on Thursday. March 6 from 10 a.m. to the time of the service at 11 a.m.
Interment with military honors to follow in the church cemetery.

Milton became very involved in the Ozaukee Habitat for Humanity and eventually became a Board of Directors member and a valued and trusted member of the organization. He pulled off feats many thought were not possible for the organization of which they are truly proud.
