ST. MARYS - A visit from a mobile orthopedic educational facility's open house event recently allowed area residents to learn about new treatment options for joint pain and joint replacement surgery, along with advancing technologies in orthopedic care.
The Zimmer Mobile Learning Center made a stop in St. Marys, parking outside of Elk Regional Health Center on Monday from 11:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. During this time, the general public had the opportunity to tour the expandable bus. The bus houses a complete self-supporting training and educational facility used to promote new products in the field, conduct hands-on training and educational programs and community seminars on arthritis.
