Natalie G. "Wink" Friedl

Natalie G. "Wink" Friedl, 82, of 130 Bennett Rd., and recently a resident at Elk Haven Nursing Home, died on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 7, 2010 at Elk Haven Nursing Home.
She was born Dec. 16, 1927 in Weedville, a daughter of the late John and Louise Crocco Azzato.
On July 5, 1952 in St. Joseph Church in Force, she married Isadore "Ike" Friedl, who survives.
Mrs. Friedl was a lifelong resident of the area and was a member of St. Mary's Church. She was a homemaker who enjoyed playing bingo and going to Salamanca. She also enjoyed bowling.
In addition to her husband of more than 58 years, she is survived by a daughter, Linda Friedl of St. Marys; a brother, Francis "Frank" Azzato and his wife, Barb, of Weedville; and four sisters, Margaret Azzato of St. Marys, Mary Azzato of Weedville, Helen Allegretto of Weedville and Gloria Mulcahy of Florida.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond and Joseph Azzato, and by a sister, Rose Addeo.
Relatives and friends of Natalie G. "Wink" Friedl are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at the
St. Mary's Catholic Church, Church Street, St. Marys, on Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Meinrad Lawson, OSB, as celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
