New details emerge in Brusselles Street incident

ST. MARYS – Multiple charges were filed against John Anthony Raspatello following a Dec. 30 altercation with two Brosius Towing and Tiltbed Services employees along Brusselles Street at Nic's Tobacco Outlet in St. Marys.
Raspatello was charged with four counts of aggravated assault, four counts of simple assault, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, one count of accidents involving death or personal injury, and one count of reckless driving. He was arraigned and placed in the Elk County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
