Nicholas J. Cousins

Nicholas J. Cousins, 24, of 1410 Bucktail Trail, St. Marys, died unexpectedly Sunday, June 1, 2014, in Spring Run as a result of a four-wheeler accident.
He was born Jan. 2, 1990 in DuBois, son of Brian K. Cousins of Byrnedale and Dawn Gray Cousins of St. Marys. He was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of St. Marys Area High School, Class of 2008. He was an employee of Keystone Powdered Metals and was a former employee of Atlas for three years, working on oil rigs.
Nicholas was a member and officer of the Eagles Club and a member of the Sons of the American Legion. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, loved the outdoors, and loved his truck.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Nathan Cousins of Byrnedale; his maternal grandmother, Rosemary Gray of St. Marys; a step-brother, Kenny J. Gnan of St. Marys; and by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Cousins, who died at birth; his maternal grandfather, John “Rabbi” Gray; and paternal grandparents Ernest and Jane Cousins.
Funeral Services for Nicholas J. Cousins will be held in the Weedville Wesleyan Church on Thursday, June 5, 2014, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Luke Nelson, Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the Gardner Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is at the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, from 5-8 p.m.
