Opposition building against Highland 'injection well'

Several Elk County elected officials attended a Wednesday meeting of the Highland Township Board of Supervisors to show concern about a proposed "injection well" near James City.
JAMES CITY – Opposition is building against a plan by Seneca Resources to dispose of drilling fluids in one of its depleted gas wells near James City in Highland Township.
