RIDGWAY – With the support of a $150,000 grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development's Discovered in PA, Developed in PA grant program (D2PA), the Community Education Council (CEC) has partnered up with the region's chambers of commerce, the North Central Workforce Investment Board, and local schools and employers.
