Paul R. McCluskey

Paul R. McCluskey, 64, of Monroe Street, Byrnedale, died at home on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 following a lengthy illness.
He was born on March 7, 1949 in Byrnedale, son of the late William J. Sr. and Lena (Pirazzi) McCluskey and lived his entire life in Byrnedale.
He was a member of the last graduating class of Bennetts Valley High School and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He served in the U.S. Marines during Vietnam. He worked at Stackpole Carbon.
Mr. McCluskey is survived by one brother, Donald (Mary Ann) McCluskey of St. Marys and three sisters, Jean (Roger) Marshall of Treasure Lake, Carol (Rex) Woodring of Weedville and Bernadine (Douglas) Micale of Byrnedale along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, one brother William J. McCluskey, Jr., one niece and two nephews.
There will be no public visitation.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Paul R. McCluskey will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Force with Father Thomas Tyler celebrant.
Military rites will be accorded by the Bennetts Valley Legion Post 978 Burial Detail.
Interment will be at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Force.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Bennetts Valley Ambulance.
