Play for a Cure Volleyball Tournament

The proceeds from the Oct. 8 “Play For A Cure” Volleyball Tournament held at the St. Marys Area High School were presented to Paulette Schreiber and Tammy Micale of Elk Regional Health Center (ERHC) prior to the start of Thursday’s volleyball match between St. Marys Area and Johnsonburg. Sami Hanes and Kristen Anderson, co-coordinators of the tournament, presented a check worth $1,514.25 to ERHC. Fourteen teams total participated in two divisions, spike and non-spike. “Twenty Somethings” won the spike division and “No Worries” won the non-spike division.
