Prom gowns being collected for Kentucky teens

Photo submitted Laura Kuntz, a local St. Marys teacher, is collecting donations of prom gowns, wedding dresses, shoes and accessories to be distributed to disadvantaged teens in Kentucky.

Those wondering what to do with a prom or formal gown collecting dust in their closet may be interested in donating it to an underprivileged teen in Beatyville, Ky., a deeply poverty-stricken area.
