Put some variety into meatless Lenten meals

The Lenten season means meatless dinners for many people on Fridays; 
some abstain from meat throughout Lent. For families with picky eaters 
or those who just don't care for seafood, there are some tasty 
alternatives to pizza, grilled cheese and tomato soup or spaghetti. 
"Breakfast for supper is great," said Charlene Snelick, dietic 
technician registrar with Community Nurses, Inc. "You can do a 
multitude of different omelets with as many veggies as you want; 
cheese, which would be your protein, or you can do cheese-less.
