Rachael M. Geer

Rachael M. Geer, 89, of 118 Teaberry Rd., St. Marys, and recently a resident at Elk Haven Nursing Home, died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010 at the nursing home following a brief illness.
She was born Jan. 19, 1921 in Portland Mills, a daughter of the late Robert and Cora Unvendorvin Beck.
On Oct. 27, 1945 in the First United Methodist Church in St. Marys, she married the late Charles F. Geer.
Mrs. Geer gradutaed from SMAHS, Class of 1939. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in St. Marys and had been employed at Kemper's Pharmacy in Johnsonburg for more than 15 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Fox of Rixford; two grandchildren, Kevin Mitchell and his wife Diane and Heather Fox and her husband Doug Friedl; and three great-grandchildren, Kyle, Isabelle and Tatiana.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, H. Robert Geer; and two sisters, Lorella Harlan and Leitha Myers.
A Memorial Service for Rachael M. Geer is being scheduled at the First United Methodist Church in St Marys and will be announced at a later date. Burial will be in the McKean Memorial Park in Bradford.
There will be no visitation.
