Ray L. Blauser

Ray L. Blauser, 79, of 647 S. St. Marys Road, St. Marys, and formerly of Shefï¬eld, died on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at DuBois Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.
He was born June 19, 1933 in Mayburg, a son of the late Perry and Bernetta Hanley Blauser.
 Ray was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during the Korean War from 1952-1953. He retired from Motion Control after many years of service. He was a member of the Ridgway VFW and enjoyed hunting and ï¬shing.
He is survived by three sons, Ray A. Blauser and his wife Keiko of Richlands, S.C., Randall J. Blauser and his ï¬ancee Melinda Spinks of St. Marys, and Robert V. Blauser of Lancaster; three grandchildren; two brothers, John Blauser and his wife Jackie of Ridgway, and Victor Blauser of Ridgway; and a sister, Patty, Mrs. Blaine Carlson of Brockway.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Melvin and William Blauser; and by a sister in childhood.
Funeral Services for Ray L. Blauser will be held at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home, 151 N. Michael St., on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 10 a.m., with Pastor Ron Burkett, officiating.
Military honors will be accorded by the St. Marys Servicemen's Burial Detail. Burial will be in the Parklawn Memorial Gardens in Ridgway.
There will be no visitation.
