RDA still waiting for Yoder to sign off on projects

The St. Marys Redevelopment Authority (RDA) is still waiting for developer Bob Yoder to sign off on a number of upcoming projects, according to authority member Warren Stewart. Stewart addressed members of city council earlier this week regarding the matter. "We had sent your developer letters on six properties. We haven't heard a response back," Stewart said. At a previous council meeting, City Manager Dave Greene had explained that several years ago the city entered into a developer's agreement with Yoder and a stipulation of this agreement is that Yoder must sign off on any projects undertaken by the RDA within the redevelopment district. Stewart indicated that he was hoping council could help speed the process along so that work could begin soon.
