Recycling center receives ECCF grant

At a ribbon-cutting event for the Elk County Community Foundation (ECCF) and the St. Marys Area Economic Development Corp. (EDC) at the Franklin Center in downtown St. Marys, the Elk County Community Recycling Center received $3,000 for the installation of a heating system in the area the organization is expanding into at its space in the Stackpole Complex in downtown St. Marys.
