Rigard recollects WWII memories, continues volunteering in community

Photo by Amy Cherry Leo Rigard, 96, of St. Marys, shared some of his memories during his military service as a member of the U.S. Air Force during World War II, during which he was awarded a Purple Heart.

Although war is not something many veterans recollect with fond memories, Leo Rigard, 96, of St. Marys, speaks highly of his group commander and fellow crew members during their World War II military service.
