Rita Delores Marks

Rita Delores Marks, 75, of Adams Street, Byrnedale, died Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca, Pa.
She was born May 25, 1936 in Byrnedale, the daughter of the late William H. and Mary Alice (Ferris) Cassels.
She lived most of her life in Byrnedale and attended Weedville schools. She worked as a beautician for some years and retired from Windfall as a floor leader in 2000 after nine and a half years.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Force and had attended several different churches. She enjoyed singing in school and Choir-Radio and also church functions. She also enjoyed reading, flea markets, yard sales, traveling to amusement parks and fairs and she loved driving and having an active social life.
She is survived by three children, Mary Alice Wallace of Treasure Lake, Richard John Hupfer Jr. of Byrnedale, and Cathy Ann Cousins of Byrnedale; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Donald R. Cassels and William Cassels, both of St. Marys; and a sister, Mary Youngmark of Byrnedale.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Clara Tyler; and two brothers, Francis Cassels and James Cassels.
Private services for Rita Delores Marks will be held by the family. Interment will take place in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery, Force.
Visitation will be private.
