Roberta A. Swanson

Roberta A. Swanson, 58, of 182 Dagus Mines Rd., Dagus Mines, died Sunday, Nov. 7, 2010 at her residence.
She was born Jan. 13, 1952 in Dagus Mines, daughter of the late Robert G. and Rose Ann Spangler Dinsmore.
She was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of St. Marys Area High School and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. She was an employee of the Dickinson Mental Health Center. She was a Catholic by faith and an active member of the Kersey Eagles #727 and the Dagus Mines American Legion Post #511.
She is survived by two sons, Richard M. Swanson and his fiancee, Kathy Lockwood, of Dagus Mines and Michael J. Swanson of Kersey; four grandchildren; two sisters, Susan Ginther and her husband, Terry, of Kersey and Deborah McDermott and her husband, Thomas, of Kersey; two brothers, Mark S. Dinsmore and his wife, Marsha, of Dagus Mines and Melvin J. Dinsmore and his wife, Carol, of Kersey.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Weyant, on Oct. 19, 1981.
Funeral and committal services for Roberta A. Swanson will be private.
There will be no visitation.

The Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
