Russell (Rusty) Auman

Russell (Rusty) Auman, 63, formerly of St. Marys, died on Friday, Nov. 9, 2012 at his home in Puyallup, Wash. after a long battle with MS.
He was born in St. Marys on Aug. 1, 1949, son of the late Marinus and Doris (Fritz) Auman. He was married to Lori (Barnhouse) Auman, who preceded him in death on Dec. 31, 2002.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his daughter, Brenna (Mrs. Robert Paul), a son, Jake and Shari Auman, and five grandchildren, Nathaniel, Tyler, Isaah, Ashley Paul and Carmen Auman, all of Puyallup, Wash.; 10 siblings, Karen (Mrs. Vincent Sporner), Denny Auman and his wife Pansy of Graham, Wash., Ronald and his wife Victoria, Roger and his wife Deb, Darlene and her husband Joseph B. Bobenrieth Jr., Joyce Ehrensberger, Sandra and her husband David Schutz, Gerard and his wife Amy, Victoria of Siler City, N.C., and Scott and his wife Brenda of Willow Springs, N.C.; numerous nieces and nephews; and his goddaughter, Diane Dobson.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Dianne, Mary, and Kathy (Mrs. Roger Ginther); a brother, Joseph; and a brother-in-law, Daniel Ehrensberger.
Funeral and military burial arrangements for Russell (Rusty) Auman were held in Puyallup, Wash.
