Scott L. Bauer

Scott L. Bauer, 28, of Kaul Avenue, St. Marys, died unexpectedly Friday, July 18, 2014 at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.
He was born April 24, 1986 in St. Marys, son of Blaze L. Bauer of St. Marys and Diane Laughlin Shuttleworth of St. Marys.
He was a lifelong resident of the area and attended St. Marys Parochial and public schools. He was a former employee of Penn Pallet and the Buehler Lumber Company.
He was a member of Queen of the World Church, was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed spending time with his son and family.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Chance Bauer of St. Marys; two brothers, Jeremy L. Bauer (Cortney) Bauer of St. Marys and Blaze J. Bauer (Angela) of Orwigsburg, Pa.; his stepfather, Thomas Shuttleworth; his stepmother, Marilyn Bauer; and his girlfriend, Chelsea Micale and her daughter Charlea of St. Marys.
Also surviving are his maternal grandmother, Agnes Laughlin Schade (Paul) of St. Marys; his paternal grandmother, Mary Bauer of St. Marys; and nieces and nephews Keira Bauer, Madison Bauer, Ryan Bauer and Baylee Bauer.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Scott L. Bauer will be celebrated in the Queen of the World Church on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Richard Allen, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Mary's Cemetery.
Visitation is at the Lynch - Radkowski Funeral Home on Sunday from 6-8 p.m.
