Sheila A. Winslow, 30, of Weedville, died unexpectedly at home on Friday, Feb. 18, 2011.
She was born on Nov. 4, 1980, in DuBois, daughter of Brian Winslow and Mona Burke.
She lived all of her life in Clearfield, DuBois and Bennetts Valley, worked at Arete QIS in Kersey, and enjoyed music and especially playing the guitar.
She is survived by her parents, Brian and his wife Gloria Winslow of Sabula; and Mona Burke and her partner Randall Huff of Weedville; a daughter, Morgan Heichel at home; a brother, Devin Martell of Curwensville; two sisters, Mrs. David (Mandy) Catlin of Weedville, and Brooke Martell of Weedville; her maternal grandmother, Leonore Burke of Caledonia; paternal grandparents, James and his wife Donna Winslow of Caledonia, and Mrs. Jeff (Nancy) Libengood of Blairsville; and by a niece and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Robert Burke, and a nephew, David Burke.
Funeral services for Sheila A. Winslow will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Ralph M. Geer Funeral Home in Penfield, with Father Thomas Tyler officiating. Burial will be in St. Cecelia Cemetery in Benezette.
Visitation will be at the Geer Funeral Home on Tuesday from noon to 2 p.m.
