Shopping event benefits CAPSEA shelter

ST. MARYS – The River 98.9 will once again be hosting the Second Annual Polar Sweet Express event sponsored by Ridgway BiLo and Northwest Savings Bank.
CAPSEA [Citizens Against Physical, Sexual and Emotional Abuse] Executive Director Billie Jo Weyant said the popular fundraising event is a one-stop shopping experience for all your Valentine's Day needs.
The event will take place on Saturday, Feb. 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Franklin Center in downtown St. Marys and will feature local vendors.
