Pinecrest Manor recently held its first Resident-Staff Spring Fling Dance in the dining room at the facility, which is a division of Elk Regional Health Center. The dining room was decorated with pastel table cloths and spring flowers. Music for the dance was provided by Dave Woods of Krazy Kat D.J. Company. His performance included Nat King Cole, Louie Armstrong, Glenn Miller, and The Andrews Sisters. The residents and staff also danced to the YMCA Song, the Hokey Pokey, and the Chicken Dance. Pinecrest Manor’s Nutrition Services Department provided refreshments for the event. Above, resident Margaret Swanson, along with other residents and staff members, does the YMCA dance.
