Stormwater ordinance given go-ahead by DEP

The City of St. Marys stormwater management ordinance has received the go-ahead by the Department of Environmental Protection after a lengthy back-and-forth process.
City Solicitor Tom Wagner reported after discussing the intentions of a portion of the ordinance with Tim Bruno of the DEP, Bruno stated he was satisfied with the city's ordinance.
Bruno informed Wagner the city will be receiving a letter instructing them to move ahead with the adoption of the ordinance.
