Taylor N. Schutz

Taylor N. Schutz, 15, of 1265 Taylor Rd., St. Marys, died on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012 at UPMC Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh following injuries sustained in an ATV accident.
She was born Feb 9, 1997 in St. Marys, a daughter of Robert Schutz and Jessica Taylor Schutz, who survive.
Taylor was a member of Sacred Heart Church.  She was about to start her sophomore year at SMAHS, where she was active in volleyball, basketball and swimming. She was a loving and vivacious person who enjoyed listening to country music, trucks and spending time outdoors, especially riding 4-wheelers.  She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and she shared a very special bond with her sister, Ashlynn.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Ashlynn Schutz, at home; paternal grandparents Robert Sr. and Mary Jo Matthews Schutz of St. Marys; maternal grandparents, Dean "Lee" and  Mary Paropacic Taylor of St. Marys; paternal great-grandmother Mary Matthews of Brockport; an aunt, Barb, Mrs. Mike Kronenwetter of St. Marys; six uncles, Scott Taylor and his wife Tanya of St. Marys, Dean Taylor and his wife Julie of St. Marys; Doug Taylor and his wife Kim of St. Marys, Jessie Taylor and his wife Tricia of Pittsburgh, Jason Schutz and his wife Trish of St. Marys, and Daniel Schutz of Georgia; cousins Amanda and Shawn, Samantha and Nick, Whitney and Alexis, Derek and Jordan, Dylan, Noah and Lucas, and Kylie, Daniel and Andrew.
She was preceded in death by an uncle, John Taylor.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Taylor N. Schutz will be celebrated at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 325 Center St., St. Marys, on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012 at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Eric Vogt, O.S.B., as celebrant. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home on Friday evening from 5-8 p.m.
