Tensions erupt at drug case hearing Monday

RIDGWAY - A hearing held for a Johnsonburg man headed to trial on drug charges filed after police allegedly uncovered marijuana being grown at his home erupted in confrontation between law enforcement and members of the defendant's family as well as the defendant and his defense attorney in Elk County Court Monday.
Edward J. Pisani, 58, of 433 Second Ave., Johnsonburg, is charged with a felony count of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, marijuana, and misdemeanor counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and intent to possess controlled substance.
