Tiebreakers held for several positions

November 22, 2013

RIDGWAY – Several ties were settled Friday afternoon during a Board of Elections meeting at the Elk County Courthouse Annex.
Names must be legitimate or the position is declared vacant in the event the name is bogus or that of a person not living in the precinct in question.
For judge of election for a four-year term in Fox Township No. 1, the position was declared vacant after "Present" drew the No. 1 ball.
