Round five of the Pennsylvania Motocross Association American Suzuki Spring Championship Series was held on Sunday, May 4 at Steel City Raceway in Export.

Several area riders participated in the event.

Dylan Reed of Emporium finished fifth overall in the 65cc 10-11 year old class.

Wesley Mattivi of Kersey finished fourth overall in the 85cc 12-13 year old class.

Mattivi also finished fifth overall in the Supermini class.

Tyrell Cunningham of Kane finished second overall in the 2-stroke Schoolboy class.

Cunningham also finished ninth overall in the 4-stroke Schoolboy class.

Daniel Grahan of Kersey finished twentieth in the MX Lites B class.

The next round of the series is scheduled to again be held at Steel City Raceway on May 18.

Also held on Sunday, May 4 was round three of the PAMX American Suzuki ATV Regional MX Championship Series held at Mapleshade Raceway in Sugar Grove.

Chris Meyer of St. Marys participated in the event, finishing second overall in the ATV 450 class.

The next round of the series is scheduled to be held at Roaring Knob Raceway in Markleysburg on May 11.
